Our main purpose for setting this criteria is for one simple reason: that there are too many foreign investors who invest in land and do nothing with it until in?ation rates increase.

  1. What happens if planning permission is not granted? If within 5 yrs planning is not granted your money will be refunded.


  2. What happens if I want to sell my land half way through building it? We are trying to transform the land into a society. If you wanted to sell half way through then it is essential that the plot can only be sold to someone who falls with the society criteria (.i.e. 16-25 yr olds who have British citizenship).


  3. What do I get in return of my £1,000 as proof of membership? Each member upon receipt of £1,000 will receive a membership card containing all relevant details including plot allocation.


  4. Can I choose what plot of land I want? Yes this will be possible. However, we will be running a first come first serve scheme.


  5. Will I be regularly updated? How often will you contact me? Every three months each member will receive an update report on what is happening with regards to the planning permission and any other queries that you may have. In addition, we will be holding an annual meeting to ensure that everyone is satisfied and understands the progress of the project.

  7. Can I view the land before I pay the £1,000 membership fee? Yes. An appointment will have to be pre arranged.


  8. Once planning is granted, what happens if I do not have £50,000 to hand over? Once planning is granted, that plot of land will be worth approximately between £120,000 - £150,000.United Corporation guarantees each member 100% that they will receive finance from a UK prime bank not only for the £50,000 but also additional construction cost - subject to credit checks.


  9. Are there any additional benefits which you offer outside the project? Yes. This project is one of many that United Corporation is offering. We guarantee that our existing clients will get a ?rst option to invest in future projects and will be entitled to discounted rates.
