Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Fee of £1,000 will be refunded if for any reason planning permission is not obtained within 5 years.

2. Transfer of property will not be permitted up to 5 years after completion.

3. Membership is not transferable.

4. Members aged 16-25 years only can apply with a proof of British Citizenship.

5. Members under the age of 18 years can only hold freehold title deeds in trust.

6. Building work will have to commence once planning permission is granted and only by the company’s approved builders.

7. Total cost of construction will not exceed over £150,000.

8. Choice of plot will be based on first come first serve.

9. On receipt of completed membership form and deposit of £1,000 a plot number will be allocated along with a membership card.

10. You have a right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of booking.
